01What is being supplied, and when

This is a digital service, supplied over the internet and available immediately once your subscription starts. There is nothing physical: nothing is shipped, nothing is delivered to an address, and there is nothing to send back.

Because there is no shipment, there is no shipping policy and no returns process. What replaces them is this page.

02Cancelling a subscription at any time

Go to your billing page and choose to cancel. It takes two clicks. You do not have to tell us why, you do not have to telephone or email anybody, and there is no retention flow trying to talk you out of it.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. You are not billed again.

03Your 14-day statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel it and get your money back.

For a digital service supplied immediately, that right ends early only if all of the following happened:

  • you expressly asked us to begin supplying the service during the 14-day period;
  • you acknowledged that by doing so you would lose your right to cancel once supply had begun;
  • we confirmed both of those back to you in a durable medium — the order confirmation email.

Those are three separate things, so the checkout asks you to tick two separate boxes, neither of them pre-ticked, and our server checks both again before taking payment. The confirmation email repeats what you agreed to, word for word.

If any of the three did not happen, your right to cancel survives and we will refund you in full. If we failed to give you the required information under regulation 13, the cancellation period is extended to 12 months and 14 days.

04How to exercise the right to cancel

Tell us clearly, before the 14 days are up, that you want to cancel. Any clear statement will do — an email to support@irobuilding.shop saying so is enough. You may use the statutory form below, but you are not obliged to.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the period expires.

05Refunds

Where you cancel within the 14-day period and the right has not ended, we refund everything you have paid, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being told.

If you asked us to start straight away and then cancelled during the period, we may keep a proportionate amount for what you used before cancelling, and refund the rest.

Refunds go back by the same method you paid with. There is no fee for cancelling and no deduction for processing.

Outside the 14-day period, a subscription simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part-used periods as a matter of course, though if something has gone wrong with the service, tell us — we would rather sort it out than stand on a policy.

06Cancelling after a renewal

We apply the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 subscription rules ahead of time. That gives you a further 14 days to cancel after each renewal, running from the renewal date, and a separate reminder email before each renewal so that no renewal is a surprise.

07Credits when a plan ends

Credits are an allowance for using the service, not money. They are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Unused credits do not carry over and are not paid out when a plan ends. The full description is in the terms of use.

08The free plan

The free plan costs nothing, takes no card details, and never converts into a paid plan on its own. There is nothing to cancel; you can simply stop using it, or close your account from the billing page.

This page is the fulfilment policy for this service. Nothing is shipped and nothing is returned, because the service is delivered over the internet and is available as soon as your subscription starts.

If anything on this page is unclear, write to support@irobuilding.shop or call +44 7763879472. Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. We reply to every email within one working day.
